1805 UTC - Signal is right at the  noise level in WNY, heard station ID Recycle Radio.
1811 UTC - Station ID OM asking for signal reports email to recycleradioshortwave@gmail.com
1820 UTC - YL announcing "Broadcasting to somewhere over the rainbow this is Recycle Radio".
