Voice of Greece, 9420 kHz, 19 JAN 2021, 1855 UTC
« on: January 19, 2021, 1953 UTC »
Posting about an hour after I first heard it. Service to Europe (not NA) was coming in quite well, SIO 343-444 until about 1930z, when it started fading. As of 1950 it's about SIO 131 (low noise and no interference accounting for relatively high score for the "I"). Best copy I've had in months, and possibly the best I've ever gotten when it's on this beam instead of the one intended for NA. Program is the usual enjoyable Greek music, and ID confirmed by telltale interval at 1900z.
Denver, CO.
SDRPlay RSPdx & RSP2pro, Airspy Discovery HF+, Icom IC-7100, Grundig Satellit 750, Realistic DX-300, Tecsun PL-600.
MLA-30 active loop, G5RV dipole.

They have been received here with excellent reception throughout the B-20 season daily after 1900 utc, not so much before that time.  They must have made a program change for B-20, I never recall the vast amount of domestic and European competition football broadcasted by them in previous years.

Excellent reception, Greek Service

2035 OM, crooner like, with Greek song
2038 OM in Greek in between songs
2039 YL singing Greek tune
2046 Greek cover of Tom Jones' "Delilah"
