1141 talking (in Finnish ?), 1143 singer in E, 1146 talking, 1147 pop,

edit : no ID heard, but soon after the same station was on 6270, relaying Scandinavian Weekend Radio (Finnish station), and later changing to own programme of Radio Pacman
