I think they are not aware about this relay which didn't come Russia either (just my guess)

    It is very likely what you wrote.
I was enthusiastically surprised by the first entry that some "free" station was broadcasting from Russia.

  Knowing those realities it seems impossible.
I wrote a report to them and congratulations, but they didn't write back!
 The authorities will find them and lock them up in half an hour.
