SINPO 2-3-3-3-2 to SE UK.

Spanish/Cuban music then c0125 OM talking Spanish.

First time receiving this.  Has anybody managed to get a QSL/eQSL from them? I have tried sending email reception reports to RHC & Rebelde in the past when I found addresses on the web but they have always either bounced or just disappeared in the great bit bucket in the sky.
