Caught a short voice message on 6936 USB. After posting to Rocket Chat I heard the following: "Hello myteaquinn Two Dog Radio testing, should be here tomorrow night with programming."  And off, good signal.

This turned up on my SDR recording as well. A good signal.

They were on earlier on 6935 USB at 0129 and 0131 with an ID and mention of testing.
