2335Z approx. tuned in to hear music which I couldn't recognize then a male voice saying something like "too too too, oh yeah, good-bye" Then a few moments silence followed by a carrier being swept back and forth across the frequency. No ID heard...off about 2340Z approx. Good copy on the west coast.
