At 2318utc with Barrington Hills IL kiwi sdr hear male speaking under the noise with audience reaction, sounds like a comedy act, at 2320utc heard ID as Radio Mushroom, at 2330 bagpipe "music", email address radiomushroom@gmail.com also weak at Dixon IL kiwi sdr. At 2338 SSTV/FAX.

I have been using online receivers because of strong data hash interference in my neighborhood that I believe is caused by Uverse squeezing up to 100mb/sec through ordinary pairs of wires. One of my favorite stations here that I haven't heard in a few years.....and I still can't hear it  :(
