2327 YL ID, addy but I could not get it, into rap
2331 ID in CW  multiple times-- I think this is CYOT
2334 "Abree Abree Abree That's All Folks!" and off

Near the noise here (High from storms).

Noted here on the SDR recording, but extremely faint. Mostly just a carrier, which appeared at 2300, peaking around 2314 with some audio (music) for a moment. The carrier suddenly disappeared at 2334, coinciding with the time reported by jFarley, so I suspect this was CYOT.
