no ID here, but 6260.24 must be Bella Italia, while 6260.0 must be Panda Radio

edit : changing the time in the subject from 1530 to 1506 UTC, and frequency to 6260.2

edit : from the posts after the mess with Panda Radio, R. Bella Italia signed off at 15:45 UTC,
then Panda Radio signed on within 2 minutes, with Italian music too, and greets to Bella Italia !
