Very strong with Concord NH kiwiSDR. I know WBCQ is scheduled for this frequency now but the modulation is very poor so I don’t think it’s them.

1054 UTC-Spin The Black Circle by Pearl Jam

WOW! See the image I have added. That is the worst modulation I have seen from a North American station. This can be moved to SWBC.
