Actually heard some more TXs apparently related to this.

0347z  OM with "...Karol Madera...too bad...<phone number> to get on the air"

0353z: OM with "Hey kids, if you want to get on the air, call now at <phone number> aargh."

0355z: As Sealord posted.

0356z: OM with "Victor Echo 7 Kilo Foxtrot Mike Gayboy Radio about to get on the air.  Call now at 2 excuse me
           1-<phone number> aargh."  Note: I have no horse in this race, and this is what I heard here.

Seemed to QSY for the next three.

0405z: OM with a similar message, rather unintelligible, but the phone# was the same.

0407z: OM, unintelligible.

0412z: OM with a similar message, rather unintelligible, but the phone# was the same.
