Mexico finds cartel radio network, 300-foot tower

MEXICO CITY (AP) - Mexican navy personnel say they have found a radio communications network operated by a drug cartel, complete with a 300-foot (90-meter) transmission tower.

The navy says the radio equipment and several towers were found in the Gulf coast state of Veracruz. The system reached into the neighboring state of Tamaulipas.
