0012 Rock music, SSTV (Dead Mouse Radio- mouse skull and crossbones, WLR Wasteland Radio,) faded out for several minutes and back much weaker - just above static floor.  Undecoded SSTV, faded out, some rock music - barely audible, SSTV (WLR Wasteland Radio w/ radio tower,) another fade or really off.

S5 at the beginning, but faded to S4 in just below S4 static floor.  SSTV decodes were mostly poor.
