0213 music was replaced by what sounds a bit like wefax mode.

0213 S6, pretty sure that's a digital signal of some sort and not techno.  Sounds like a heart monitor here.
Interesting @Paul Turkk, I thought it might be a fax, but fldigi wouldn't decode it.
