I've been hearing a loud (S9+20) RTTY station on 6949 the past couple of nights and I tried to copy it but after lots of playing around with the speed, ascii/baudot, etc. I can't seem to find the right combination.  The only thing that's obvious is the shift width is 850.  I know it could be encrypted but I can't even get it synced up to show the character stream.
