2203 UTC song " shazam can't id, guy singing & playing a guitar.
2207 UTC guy talking then played another song shazam can't id  :'(
2210 UTC another song ( the guy is singing and playing his own music) lol

Getting at S8 in Kiel.  2205, sounds kind of like the Gypsy Kings
2207 Person talking in Spanish and into music... this sounds like a tape someone made.
2214 @TRI, yeah it sounds like a demo tape made in a bar or something.
2220 Possible ID with announcer and echo effect.
2224 Another ID?  This without echo, still couldn't catch it.

2215 seems singing in the Spanish gipsy way, 2218 yes that kind of music, 2220
