Weak in the noise so far. At 2342 have a man talking but generally unable to make out what is being said.

SINPO=34222, noisy with some fading.

2351- Clip from radio or tv program: OMs speaking about early UK pirate Radio Caroline. Some musical clips, broadcast clips, and interlude music (eg, "Here Comes The Night" by Them, and "Concrete And Clay" by Unit Four Plus Two, both at 2355. "Mr. Pitiful" by Otis Redding at 2356).
