There is a new low power licensed Dutch station called Sunlite which has registered with the HFCC to use 5955. In Stig Hartvig Nielsen's list of European private shortwave stations it is listed as "future plans, from November, daily 06-1800."

Maybe this is Sunlite testing their transmitter but with no IDs we can't be sure.

I'm hearing the station on 5955 with a good signal playing soft rock tunes at 1640 UTC
