Very good reception, Oromo service.  From online reading, appears to be a newer clandestine.

1717 OM talking for long period in Oromo
1718 African transition music yo OM talking again
1724 Reception now like local AM, same OM still talking
1725 Unid (by me & Shazam) Western African sounding Music
1730 Off mid-song
