Listening to it right now..... Best I can tell, some guy babbling about the weather ... "morning looks good..." "antennas now tuned to the north east".. "lower part of the bay....

Sounds like a pirate doing his own wx forecast...  "the bay"... possibly Canada?.

Basically some guy giving his opinion of wx conditions.... like his own radio show,,,,, I've been UTE DX'ing for many years now but I've never heard anything like this....... please educate me! It's non-stop!

He might have just been off freq a little bit. The net is very informal and can be interesting to listen to.
