1326 extra-weak, local noise here, some instrum; music,
1330 talking : ..... kurzwelle....., music
1345 instrum; music, very noisy, 1354

ID confirmed by TRI (see below).
Yes, TRI, Radio OZ-Viola is a licensed station, but quite a hobby station,
a one-man station, not backed by any government or healthy organization.
