VOA via Tinang ==> Far East

Slightly off frequency on 9799.92 khz @ 20:40 UTC in Korean.  Mostly dialogue with short , musical bridges.  Weak but steady signal. "VOA" at 20:52
Flute music @ 20:55  then back to dialogue losing signal to QSB.
