SINPO: 55444 @ 19:58 UTC in Spanish on 9890 KHZ.   2 OM hosts with YL contributing.  ID @ 20:00 and 20:02.    Mild QRN.    Very excitable conversation @ 20:06.  REE funneling 200 KW to North America for this Spanish broadcast.

I'm thinking the very excitable conversation at 2006 utc was the play by play coverage of La Liga football match between Espanyol and Elche, kick off was 2000 utc.  REE will generally broadcast La Liga matches whenever possible.

They will have their thrice weekly English broadcast at 2300 utc tonight.
