0031 UTC Hearing music
0036 UTC SSTV signal too much noise to decode
0040 UTC SSTV signal

SINPO via Wetumpka, Al SDR is 2/1/1/1/1. Band conditions to bad to make out anything other than a SSTV signal thats in and out of the noise  :'(

Thanks to the heads up by the op I was able to set the receiver on 6930 USB for the test broadcast. I found two images on the computer:

The pumpkin was decoded with Black Cat SSTV and the Frankenstein image was decoded by MMSSTV. I run both programs at the same time. I'm not sure why each program only decoded one image each. 

Recieved an email from The Pumpkin Pirate in which he sent copies of the three SSTV images that he broadcast tonight.
