Music peaking at S5+ with the usual UVB-76 beeps mixing during fades. Strong modulation with considerable dynamic compression. Direct reception here with the Kenwood R-2000 and 31' vertical.

Vice.com has an article about this interference, by a writer who does not know much about radio.  He claims SDRs are being used to transmit the images.

04:22 UTC - Start of an SSTV image but the transmitter suddenly cut off.
