Dutch pirate Radio Scotland International. ID 10:13. QRT 10:17, played "Flash" by The Duke of Burlington before closing down.

I heard it with a strong and clear signal on the websdr at Utwente and also got a weak, slightly hearable signal on my D-808 here in Berlin, while using a 7 m wire antenna.
