21:35 UTC - UNID station with CW traffic in progress, weak and barely readable;
21:38 UTC - End of transmission.

Hey SIGINT I just checked a old book (2006)
for CW on that freq. and says:
6963 CW/Morse French Air Force

Not saying it is! just going by the old freq.

Hi all.

The French Air Force in CW is long gone and has not been heard ever since. With that in mind I don't think they are back.

Most likely those are russian forces, as I have listed them as such with four digit calls of random numbers and letters.
