Madagascar World Voice on 13670 KHZ in English @ 18:21 UTC .  OM sermonizing until 18:26 then handed over to a YM with an overview of African cultures  / history focusing on need for mutual respect on global scale.   Signal a bit shaky initially but improved steadily over the next 10 minutes.
