Carrier with weak audio, poor signal.  Sounds like electronic music.
0045Z, faded with only carrier.  Audio is gone.

0054 - Super faint mx here. Radio Pushka, that you?!
0153 - Slightly stronger now. S5, hanging just below QRN. Signal does look stronger on waterfall too.

I hear that, too, on a remote SDR and my local receiver. Weak with music. The signal is better on my receiver, which is rare being near the left coast.

Signal is strong at Pt Reyes in the west, and farther north in Washington so this must be Pushka.
UPDATE:  Clear Pushka ID twice around 0140 UTC

Have had the signal over the past hour or so, which ranged from a strong carrier but low audio to a trace carrier (currently that's what it is as of 0144z).
0237 getting some audio now
