I have it here with a good signal and nice audio.  Playing some electronic ambient music.  Thanks for the show on this snowy day.
2132Z SSTV image then followed male and female saying "Rozo"(?).
This maybe "WEZL Radio",  there is another post by rpjjpr showing the SSTV image of a Weasel at 2132Z..

I was concentrating on something else, so missed most of the vocalization.  Fair.
