2140    They make a political commentary on the conflict situation with Ukraine.

I found confirmation of their location on EiBi, it's Belarus. I guessed it due to the good daily reception in my QTH and the policy of restricting broadcasting from Russia. Russia has closed down most of the MW's broadcasting centers, but not Belarus, and it is a professional transmitter with power unavailable to an amateur.
In Russia they could not do it, but in Belarus they bought airtime.
Which amateur can afford it 24/7? Or maybe it's not a "free" station?
    The HF 3940 transmitter is silent for another day - it is "hot" in Donbas.
