I'm thinking this is WRIK out of the Paducah KY - Brookport IL area at 500 watts but couldnt get an ID.    TX<>RX is 390 miles if it is

Or maybe WNDZ out of Portage, Indiana

Yup, makes sense.  My QTH is only 104 miles from Portage, IN.
