Poor reception, English service.  Getting about every fourth word between peaks and fades.  I'm guessing closer to sunset it will improve.  This is the second of two added broadcasts due to Ukraine/Russia crisis, broadcast is 2000-2200 utc.

2041 Sporadic English words at peaks
2101 Fair Reception more steady now, YL heard speaking above noise floor
2133 Reception now good, OM with reports/analyis on Ukraine/Russia conflict
