00:01 UTC - Weak and unreadable but there sometime just enough audio for me to hear Gordon Lightfoot - The Wreck of the Edmund Fitzgerald above the noise;
00:03 UTC - I think there was a station ID there but the signal was too weak for me to hear it properly. I can hear some talking;
00:15 UTC - Interval signal.
