 Hi @ rusborder!  Thank you  for the comment. I have been watching this station almost from the beginning and I have the same opinion about it as you do. I do not believe in his pure intentions for free radio.
However, he realizes that his brain is washed out by Russian totalitarianism.
 It still has a lot of freedom in this regime country and it prudently installed its stations in the occupied Donbas district.His work forms a good opinion of Russia with a human face,which may be why they do not lock him up.
Owner Vadim Komarov  wrote in chat "The theme of the station was popularly named as: "Back to the USSR"
