Presumed Ukranian looped message 5855 USB 1930 hrs UTC 07 Mar 2022

A looped message maybe in Ukranian on 5855 USB. Received since 1800 hrs UTC. No idea what is being said, but I think was making references to Russian troops. Also another voice in the background. The message seems to be about 90 seconds long.
