Could be the Radio Onda transmitter relaying UKR1. It was also relaying Inter TV Ukraine the other day. Now Issoudun relay with Radio Algerienne Chaine 1 in French is on as well.

2017 some muslim programme dominating now on 6140,
the news are below, supposed to be Ukrainian, but don't know.

Maybe the TX on 6140 is that of Radio Onda, but I don't know really, and even if it's that TX, nothing says that Radio Onda is behind the relay.

2100 (Arabic QRM gone), W reading the news in UKR, // 6931 now,
but QRM on 6135 (bad on 6140 LSB, better on 6140 USB),
non stop news and comments, 2120
