2016 S9 scrambled? or bad TX, M Ru check radio counts 1 to 9 nol and repeat
2022 W Ru the same counts
2023 M Ru counts
2033 still counts approximately every minute or so
         at the bottom of band the carrier howls and they correct something in the transmitter
         This is the Europa UA 5835.15 channel but now I cannot hear them broadcast and the channel
         is covered by the UT
