A college, 99W, AM station in Toronto? Can anyone actually RX it?

Well, this is rare today on AM, a 99W college station on 1280AM, Toronto, ON,   https://www.cjru.ca/  Question is, can anyone hear that, over the semi-close Rochester's 5kW 1280WHTK? Would be a nice catch, indeed.

Definitely a nice catch. I'm about 5 miles away from the station and I had to swing the loop around to receive it. Combined with the NooElec Flamingo AM Filter on the receiver input the signal is good, about an S7. The AM filter adds +/- 30 dB of notch to the AM band.

I've got a 5 KW semi local on 1280, the strongest station on the dial here, almost due north of me, so in line with Toronto. I can safely say zero chance here

CJRU is across the lake north of me ( Niagara County) but WHTK on 1280 and WHLD a 5KW on 1270 with transmitter located south of me are both crushing anything on 1280 during the daytime.
