2259 UTC Dramatic music, followed by OM narrating about the USA and an old cold war nuclear warning
(Signal started off at or just above the noise floor....kicked up to solid above the noise around 2300 UTC)

Tuned in at 2254utc on Barrington Hills IL sdr with S5 to S7 signal, dramatic storyline with music, sounds like the old KIPM from many years ago,
