SINPO: 4-3-2-3-3  in Mandarin to Far East .  EIBI shows 2 listings for this UTC/FREQ.    The Jammer and CRI in French but this is an Asian dialect.
YL hosting musical/interview progrram.

CountyComm GP-5/SSB hand held, Tecsun PL-380 ,et al.  QTH: FONTANA, WI  USA.  Sea Level: + 990' .  75 miles (but not far enough) NW of Chicago

The CRI in F listing shows tx from Mali, so it's unlikely you copied that. That's scheduled to end at 2230 so if you're hearing something beyond that time, it's probably the jammer. SOH is also on the schedule for this time but as we know, it's extremely rare to copy that, given both its low tx power and the almost always present alternative provided by the mainland.
