New Zealand, 1430gmt., 7.390, excellent & usually reliable this area @ mornings, 1510gmt., still excellent, no noise.
BBC 1440gmt., 15.730, weak signal, "...Russia..." "...what happened in Ukraine..."; some fading; (1st. time picking this up).
BBC 1510gmt., 7.485, male interviewing female about "economic" situation, i.e. banking, gas & oil, Ukraine invasion by Russia;
     static/noise high & some signal fading; woman being interviewed "...you as an Estonian...", I think she represents NATO in
     some official capacity; "BBC world service" @ 1529gmt.
N. Korea 1530gmt., 9.435, good signal, jazz-like music, female, English, 1548gmt., typical nationalist-patriotic choir, multiple male   
     vocal; signal deteriorating suddenly.
Voice of Vietnam, 1600gmt., 11.885, English, news, male/female; signal fading, much static.
**Unknown! failed to locate on short-wave.info: 1600gmt., 15.770, English, male/female, news? weak, slow, deep fading.
**Any help here?

I believe your 15770 transmission is the  "Supreme Master TV" program relayed by WRMI
Tecsun H501x (broadcast received on this unless noted), Zenith T/O G500, Zenith T/O Royal 7000, Emerson AR-176, Zenith 8S154, T/O 7G605 (Bomber), Tecsun PL-600, Tecsun PL-880, Zenith 5S320, Realistic DX 160 using 40 feet of copper wire.  With apologies to Senator Gramm for his thoughts on firearms, "I have more radios than I need but not as many as I want."
