0850 weak M and W voices         0959 very noisy      down below noise
2123 M and W, reading the news? in Ukrainian, side QRM from Vault 6935,
2128 another W voice, hard to hear (even in LSB mode)

2249 now easy to hear (6935 has faded out here), M+W talking in Ukrainian
