First post from me. Currently listening to 15770. The schedules have it as WRMI in English or Spanish, but it appears to be Ukrainian. 34433 on the 990x and telescopic.

Hello Dave S, welcome to the board.

I believe you are receiving WRMI, their programming guide notes Soretiah Internation should be on but this is definitely an East European language I receive (1247 utc).  If you scroll through article you will see where Jeff White indicated 15770 will be used for some Ukrainian/Russian broadcasts. I am guessing the schedule grid for WRMI was not updated.

If this is WRMI, the fine "ENCORE" classical music program will follow at 1300 utc Tuesdays.

Yes Encore did follow at 1300. Just checked on WRMI’s website and that said R Liberty in Russian, although they do transmit R Ukraine Int at other times. I was using an app to translate and it worked fine on Ukrainian; I don’t know how close the 2 languages are.

And unfortunately no, I’m a Burnley supporter  :'(
