Very weak with Concord NH kiwiSDR. Only able to understand a few words. Heard a phone number at 2155 UTC. Strong enough to understand with Beaufort, South Carolina kiwiSDR. News about Ukraine. Will keep listening to see if the news gives an ID. Talking about illegal immigration at 2205 UTC.

OFF abruptly at 0126 UTC.
