Fair reeption, fades and noise - sustained peaks very good.  French service.  Earliest in day I can ever recall receiving their broadcast, new frequency at this hour as today.

1203 Two OM's conversing as in exchanging news headlines
1219 Significant increase in strength of signal but noise still issue, YL talking at moment
