Thanks for the info.

The domestic market exclusion for shortwave broadcasters needs lifted IMO. I would not even mind an all-digital permit requirement for new domestic-market HF commercial broadcasting going forward, but looking at domestic digital adoption in the MW band, we have like four all-digital AM broadcasters in the US to date. Anyway.
