2310Z  Blue Ocean Radio relaying a Blues show by Hot Radio NL.  Signal s8-9 but it is kind of early.  Thanks for the show!

Weak signal barely hovering above the noise floor with fading taking it under at times.

23:50z male Hot Radio ID followed by female ID
23:58z can hear female vocals

00:17z in the noise at this point with no discernable audio
