- - it is true that I am now about 50 km from the Russian border, but I have never heard a Russian-
     language "free" station in this band. Interesting event! This is not a Kaliningrad station, but a
     distant one.These are not old tipsy Russian freebanders but someone more serious!
     Radio Buchta Swobodnych Wołn broadcast own program S9+20 on 1575 AM.

Exact frequency is 1663.32 kHz. Weak S9 with the SDR Plonsk KiwiSDR in Poland. Unstable carrier and no bass. What makes you think this is not just a music playing freebander? It sounds like that to me because of the unstable transmitter (typical of the Radio Hooligan freebanders) and no bass like a two way radio. A very interesting station.

 Russian FBs tend to have shabby old military surplus equipment and "grind the rags", chatter about their equipment and reports. They don't think about music for the audience.
   This broadcaster showed musical ambition and preparation of the repertoire.
He had an idea for his program and we appreciated that. I wonder if he spoke into the microphone
-  I had to go to sleep. I'm sure it was a "young" Russian and not a "grandpa"
 Maybe this is its first start for the general public - I will be listening to its reopening.
 Broadcasting "free" from the territory of European Russia or Belarus is threatened with imprisonment,
so I suppose he did it from the territory of Ukraine, maybe Zaporozhia, where the authorities have more important problems than the work of amateur radio.
